Disclosure Text on the Protection of Personal Data

As Honest Holding A.Ş. ("Company"), we attach importance to the security of your personal data. This disclosure text has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL") to explain how the personal data of visitors of honestholding.com.tr and users of the contact channels on this website are processed.

- Identity data: name and surname (via the contact form),
- Contact data: e-mail address,
- Request content: the subject and message you submit through the contact form,
- Application data: CVs and attachments submitted by e-mail for career applications,
- Transaction security data: IP address, browser information and cookie records.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Responding to requests, questions and suggestions submitted through the contact form,
- Forwarding your request to the relevant department (general contact, human resources, press, investor relations),
- Evaluating job applications and conducting recruitment processes,
- Operating the website securely, reliably and efficiently,
- Subject to your explicit consent, analysing site usage and personalising content,
- Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to requests of competent authorities.
4. Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the PDPL:
- Processing being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c),
- Processing being necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç),
- Processing being necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (Art. 5/2-f),
- Your explicit consent with respect to analytics and marketing cookies (Art. 5/1).
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL, to the relevant departments within the Company for the purpose of handling your request, to infrastructure service providers whose servers may be located abroad and from whom we receive hosting and content delivery services, and to legally authorised public institutions.
6. Collection Method
Your personal data is collected electronically, by automatic or partially automatic means, through the contact form on our website, our e-mail channels and cookies.

- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the PDPL,
- Request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- Object to a result arising against you through analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems,
- Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
9. How to Apply
You may submit your requests regarding the rights listed above in writing to Şenlikköy Mah. Yeşilköy Cad. No:5/9, 34153 Bakırköy / İstanbul, Türkiye or to info@honestholding.com.tr, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest.
The Company may update this disclosure text in line with changes in legislation. The current version is always published on this page.
